Please kindly read through the following terms and conditions prior to making your purchase with 1214 Alley. Upon confirmation of purchase of 1214 Alley’s products on our website, it would mean that you have acknowledged, understood and agreed to abide and adhere to our terms and conditions. 1214 Alley shall reserves all rights to amend any of the terms and conditions below without prior notice.

All items purchased are non-refundable.

We reserve all rights to make changes, including change in prices, content, descriptions, term etc. at any point of time without notice. Sales transaction will be cancel at any point of time due to unqualified buyer, poor buyer record/s, legal restrictions and etc.

Kindly allow us to get back to you on all email requests within 2-3 working days.

Should customers opt for Normal postage for their purchases, 1214 Alley will not be responsible for any lost mails or damaged items due to ill-handling by the post office.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.



Internet Banking Transfers

Items will be reserved for 12 hours upon confirmation of purchase.

Kindly get back to us on your payment details in order for us to process your orders efficiently. Should we not receive your payment and notice of payment details within the time frame allocated, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Customer will be responsible for the accuracy of payments details required by 1214 Alley. 1214 Alley will not be held responsible in the event where orders are cancelled automatically due to above conditions not fulfilled.



Please note that 1214 Alley only accepts PayPal payment for all International orders.

By choosing PayPal as your preferred payment method, you agree to all terms and conditions listed by Paypal. 1214 Alley will not be liable for any of them.

Note that Cross-border Personal Transaction fees are chargeable should buyer reside out of Singapore and are based on the Payment Method used to fund the transaction and the country of the recipient.

  • Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days once payment has been verified.
  • Please allow 3-7 working days for orders to be reach you. During festive season, kindly allow up to 10 days or more. Thereafter, kindly contact us at enquiries@1214alley.com with your proof of purchase for assistance.

Mode of Delivery:

  • Normal postage parcel is untraceable. By opting for normal postage mails, the customers agreed and understand that they will bear the risk of lost mails.
  • Register postage: Reference number will be provided via email to respective customers.
  • Meet-ups are only available during festive seasons to minimize risk of lost mails and late delivery for our customer. Location will be advised via email when customer opt for self collection during delivery selection at our website. 
  • 1214 Alley will not be held responsible for any lost mails or damaged item delivered via normal postage.
  • Goods will only be delivered upon full payment made ( delivery postage inclusive) .


General Product Information

  • Price stated on all products on our website is in Singapore dollars.
  • Actual colors of products may vary slightly due to the strong studio lighting for our indoor photo shoot and it is also dependent on individual’s resolution of computer screen.
  • All apparels are encouraged to be hand-washed.
  • Please take note that colour transfer may occur. For precaution, do not mix the new clothes with other apparels for the first wash.
  • Measurements of apparels are approximated. Please give allowance of +/- 0.3-0.8 inch of difference.



  • All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
