Returns & Exchange Policies

Exchange and Return

With effect for orders placed after 14 August 2017, item(s) are eligible to be return for store credits refund. 

 All returns are to be made within 7 working days from the date of shipping confirmation notice issued. 

All items should be returned in its brand new condition (unwashed, unworn, tag intact etc). Items that do not fulfill the requirements will be rejected.

 

Returns are not applicable for item(s) bought during sale and item(s) bought using discount code. 

All shipping costs for returns are solely borne by the customer. 

 

1214 Alley reserve the right to reject the return item(s) if any of the above criteria is unfulfilled. In such event, the returned parcel will be sent back to the customer, postage charge applicable. 

 

    We encourage customer to engage a delivery option with tracking capabilities for all returns. 1214 Alley will not process any return and exchange until we have received the parcel and will not be responsible for lost mails.

     

    Exchange (Defects)

    • Please send us a picture and description of the defective area to enquiries@1214alley.com.
    •  All defects will be examined by our customer service team base on your description and pictures provided. We will notify you of the outcome prior to our request for you to return the item back to us for a physical inspection.
    • 1214 Alley reserves the rights to decline your items for exchange if the defects are not a manufacturing defect.
    •  Please note that all measurements provided on site are approximated. They may vary +/- 0.3-0.8 inches difference. It will not be considered as a defect for exchange.
    • All shipping cost are non-refundable, 1214 Alley will only bear the normal postage cost for items to be sent back due to defects. 

     

    Sales

    • All sales items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
